WE ARE GRINDING! Its fantastic, some of you have savoured our new pakoras with the new flour.... giving a unique texture and great flavour second to none. This is the real makoy! Or is it McCoy? Anyway, the flour is slowly ground on a grinding stone so that no heat deteriorates the flavour and nutrients of the flour. Its great news! We will grind our flour each week (Chris has been promoted to 'Windy Miller' - if you are old enough to remember that kids programme!). so we will know how old the flour is and we can pass on the true flavour and nutrients to YOU. We can also ring the changes on what we grind but it will remain wheat and gluten-free and we will be increasing the range of products that we sell ... in due course. Give us time to play with this! We will also be able to GUARANTEE this wheat/gluten-free flour now.
